Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mandirkit, In collaboration with Seva Social Foundation. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Please note: We understand that the order you have placed is for a festival. We assure that it will be delivered before on or before 18th Oct 2025.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping across Nashik, Maharashtra.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 days, depending on your location.
In some remote areas, delivery may take longer.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within Nashik.

Delivery Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we will deploy our own delivery fleet.

Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other logistic issues.
Mandirkit is not liable for delays caused by such events but will do its best to inform customers and resolve the issue.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status online.

Damages or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing items, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery at Nitin +91 91300 90666 with photos and order details.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution.

Change of Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.
Order will not be delivered at any other location since we do not have a capacity to entertain such requests.
