With every purchase from Mandir Kit, you’re not just honoring tradition - you’re also supporting a greater cause. Proceeds from our sales go towards providing medical assistance to patients in need. We are proud to collaborate with Seva Social Foundation to drive this initiative. Also, each item in this kit has been lovingly hand-packed by differently-abled children from Prabhodini Workshop School, Nashik.

We do not accept returns on any of our kits since almost all of the items inside the kit are consumable pooja samagri or highly perishable items like food and flowers. Return exchange is accepted under the following conditions only:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery, we will offer a free return exchange after verification. Return fees not applicable.

• Wrong kit Received: We follow a strict quality check on every material that is inside the kit. If you receive an incorrect kit, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery, we will offer a free return exchange after verification. Return fees not applicable.

• Terms of Return/exchange Policy

• Any item in the kit must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and returned to our delivery person.

• Once delivery person inspects, we will issue a replacement immediately

• Before Dispatch: We understand that you might have placed an order by mistake. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing in such instance. • If amount is prepaid, refunds for such cancelled orders will be processed between 25th Oct 2025 and 27th Oct 2025.

• After Dispatch: Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
